– Set the vision, roadmap, and direction for growth initiatives and experiments across in-app and digital channels leveraging in-depth user analysis
– Find new investment areas to expand our big marketing bets, driving the team through test design, execution, analysis, and scaling of the best opportunities, in order to: maximize new user growth and the average user’s lifetime value
– Bringing traditional and creative ideas to grow revenue/user
Work closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams to develop and drive growth projects
– Manage to track and report on overall marketing performance and budget to uncover growth and optimization opportunities
– Produce & communicate growth learning reports to company-wide stakeholders
Yêu cầu công việc
– 1+ years of experience across more than 1 of these discipline of Marketing, preferably: Paid ads, SEO, lead nurturing tactics, referral, affiliate marketing
– Strong analytical skills are required, prior experience with data viz tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is strongly preferred
– Good interpersonal and Customer-orientation skill are required
– Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively manage own time
