- Product definition: derive business value drivers together with business domain experts to come up with product vision, product roadmap (incl. product features). Define a vision and strategy for new product development based on assimilating huge chunks of information such as quantitative web analytics data, research reports, client feedback, market trends, and consumer demography statistics;
- Analyze the market, competitors, research new trends, and propose new product ideas.
Working closely with Stakeholders in all activities of building products. - Participate in feature design & product roadmap development.
- Responsible for writing instructional documents for development teams.
- Hand on delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps, and prototypes.
- Support problem solving: participate in problem framing/problem solving together with team members for them to define the solution for product implementation. Develop products/tools to serve internal customers/service lines, external users, production team (services operation), marketing teams, business teams. In short, the Product Manager/Director develops products/tools to serve Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Value assurance: work with business process owners (e.g. client, users) to validate outputs; collect feedback from regular releases in an agile approach; maintain flexibility to changes in work direction as the project develops
- Project management: play as project manager with scope/ time/ quality/ budget/ resource/ risk issue, manage stakeholders

- 2+ years as a Product Owner/Manager or similar
- Experience in product backlog management, release planning, and execution.
- Receive, analyze, and evaluate feedback from users to find problems that need to be fixed and improved before being included in PRODUCT BACKLOGS.
- Experience in cross-team collaboration (engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, stakeholders, third-parties…) to ensure the success of your product.
- Experience with design/prototyping/management tools (e.g.: Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Balsamiq, Axure RP, MS Visio, Jira, Wiki, …).
- Experienced in sales, marketing the e-commerce domain is a big advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital business, digital sales & marketing;
- Applicants must be good in English, specifically in writing and reading skills.
